The
Excellence in Leadership Committee (ELC) was established in early 2006 as a
result of a highly successful Leadership program hosted for the first time
at the 2005 Epsilon Sigma Alpha International Convention. Several key and
high profile public speakers participated in the Certified Leadership
Seminar (CLS). Due to the success, the ELC was formed to assure continued
future Leadership Seminars.
The mission
of the ELC is to attain qualified leadership talent to inspire and teach
personal and organizational effectiveness. We believe by helping people grow
they can be more productive and inspire leadership and teamwork. Strong and
effective leadership is the foundation for creating value within an
organization. This annual seminar hosted at the Epsilon Sigma Alpha
International convention provides individuals with informative skills from
inspiring leaders in the community.
Local
leaders and high profile speakers graciously donate their time and expertise
to inform our CLS participants. This seminar focuses on real-world
experiences, outcome-driven strategies, and innovative methods for leading
change.
This
professional leadership seminar is open to ESA members, corporations and the
general public. With organizational development knowledge, the ELC will help
you remove organizational barriers unleashing the potential and talent that
exists in every organization. It’s there! ELC will show you how to find it.
The ELC is always seeking the leadership talent necessary to turn
